Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds).

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@ihateagora.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions.

Who covers return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production/shipping begins and changes aren’t possible.

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law. Store credit or exchange will be issued for approved returns.
